Digitalisation of the change
2020 is without a doubt a year marked by the Covid-19 pandemic and all the repercussions is having on every aspect of our lives. For sure, we have been witnesses of how, finally, digitalisation has arrived everywhere. And it is also time for those companies that haven’t had a chance yet to understand its importance, to adapt themselves. Is it also maybe the right time to ask for help?
Since March many of us have really learnt the meaning of digitalisation: who has done online shopping, who has received their groceries on their doorstep, some have ordered ready to eat food from their mobiles, for others the living room has become office and school…In short, a step towards a more gobal digitalisation has happened in almost all sectors and contexts, sometimes even in the blink of an eye. It was either this way or being left out.
For us “users”, we now need to be able to switch between the two fruition modes (digital and traditional) for all these services, while for the companies it is rather necessary to continue to improve their products in order to keep offering valid and relevant alternatives.
The moment of change
Certainly, for big companies this quality jump had already been foreseen: digitalisation was already a reality for them before the pandemic. For others, on the other hand, the small ones, this period has been a real trial test and a push toward the direction of change.
So, these small companies, so many times inexperienced, often entrust agencies or external consultants to help them follow this digital transformation path, a path that measures up to the new reality which is shaping up.
Digital consultancy?
These small organisations, still immature in the digital context, are faced with a lot of consulting options, difficult to choose from.
In fact, it is exactly the choice of consultants the key point for every entrepreneur. Now more than ever, an entrepreneur, mindful of making the best use of the resources that sustains his business, is looking for a consultant as mindful as he is of exploiting the potential of the digital. Even better, if this awareness was already there before it became a necessity.
A relationship… of consultancy
For us at BusinessRM consultancy is targeted at the foundation of any commercial approach. It is not only about selling, but about making you understand how it is possible to make your organisation work at its best, so that everyone can benefit from it. A consultancy that aims at supporting the abilities of every sector from which we try to draw on, because “BusinessRM matters if your business works better”. How? Turning into a reality the organisational and infrastructural conditions that would make sharing into one -among the main – of the cultural codes of the organisation itself. So, a consultancy, seen also as a contribution of values, not only as a sale of user manuals to learn.
Because those who look for a consultancy for the digital transformation of their own company, need to be helped to engage with comprehensive solutions (that would take into account the entire organisation), implementable over time, scalable, personalised…surely not transforming the company into a private app-store.
Because we need to continue supporting the companies who were able to find solutions that worked in response to this pandemic, thanks to the support of the right consultancy.
